How can I delete a form template?

Log into FormTabCentral.
To Delete a Form (on Desktop):
Click on ‘Forms' in the relevant team Dashboard – then click on the form you want to delete. Click the ‘Unpublish from Team’ button
You then have the option to ‘Delete from Team’
To Delete a Form (on App):
Select the top right hand menu and choose ‘Delete’. Select the items then choose rubbish bin icon to delete them.
