Can I copy a form?

Yes, absolutely.
On your Team Dashboard click 'Forms' then click on the form you want to copy.
Click the 'Advanced' button in the left hand panel then click on the 'Copy this Form' heading.
Once copied you will see an onscreen pop up confirming you about to create a copy of the template to edit.
