I didn't get photos and comments on my email copy of my submission?

Users need to keep their app open in order to ensure images synchronise.
An email notification goes out as soon as the data arrives. When you open the app later it will fully synchronise the images.
A pipeline feature we have scheduled is a "synchronising attachments" status for a submission - meaning the email won't go out until the submission has the attachments, or a time limit is exceeded.
